All our fireplaces are delivered by our manufacturing division’s own transport. We have our own delivery vehicles form 3tons to 18tons capacity all fitted with tail lifts to ensure your surround is delivered to you in a perfect condition.

Delivery of these items takes Approx. 4 weeks and they are delivered on a pallet and can be wheeled to your nearest access point. The surround should then be unpacked and checked. These surrounds are heavy and assistance by the customer would be required to remove from pallet.
Please note: Because of the nature of the products being delivered it is a requirement of our delivery service that someone is there to check the fire surround and to ensure it has been safely delivered to your address.
